We look at each of our students as individuals with different bodies and approaches. Our training is specialized whether you are seeking to obtain a high skill or just get in shape. Ages range from 12 to 60. Everyone can benefit from a better understanding of their body mechanics and what may be causing an injury or a set back.
We specialize in posture and alignment training while teaching our students how to understand the exercise component to maintain this.
Our students often decide to perform their skills. We offer many platforms and avenues for them to share their journey with the audience.
There are many events and shows we do for our students to have creative expression. Our goal is to give them the tools needed to perform at their best. Our students find the most meaningful impact of training on their lives to not only be physical but mental.
