Strength training for circus is a term we use to explain training our body as a whole to get strong for performance. Understanding the foundation of your feet, hands, and its relation to your core. it’s not only to use your body but to understand movement and be able to apply your body better to that movement. Your understanding of the strength training and its affect on you as a performer and how it’s not about being bigger. It's about being more efficient and being more flexible. Strength training achieves that. Being more in control of the movement will make you more in control of a performance based on the strength you will have. ◦
